If you're trying to add third-party MIDI files or move libraries, EZdrummer 3 gives you two reliable options. You can either link the folder in within the Grooves Tab Options, or place them directly in the EZdrummer folder within the existing MIDI directory. The latter method keeps everything more organized and reduces the chance of path errors.

This sounds almost too simple, but it’s the most frequent cause. When you install EZDrummer 3 using the Toontrack Product Manager, it does not automatically install the 15GB+ Core Sound and MIDI Library. You must specifically choose to download and install it. Many new users overlook this crucial step.
