Select your 3DS Games folder. The Pokemon Omega Ruby icon should now appear in your game list. Step 3: Install the 1.4 Update Patch Launch Citra. Click on in the top menu bar. Select Install CIA... from the drop-down menu. Navigate to your decrypted v1.4 update file ( .cia ). Click Open . Citra will install the patch.
