Moe Yoshikawa was born on May 8, 1987, in Tokyo, Japan. She began playing tennis at a young age and turned pro in 2005.
In addition to her acting career, Yoshikawa has also explored her passion for music. In 2012, she released her debut single, "Hana," which was followed by a string of successful releases. Her music often carries a nostalgic and emotive quality, resonating with fans who appreciate her soulful voice and introspective songwriting.
It’s a funny thing, being a perfectionist. It drives you to be better, but it also steals the joy out of the thing you love. I’ve spent hours staring at sheet music, my fingers cramping, tears stinging my eyes, thinking, “Why can’t I get this right?”
After completing her degree in photography, Moe decided to take a break from the city life and move to the countryside to focus on her craft. She settled in a small town in the Japanese Alps, surrounded by rolling hills, verdant forests, and serene lakes.
