KESS V2 communicates best via USB 2.0. If your laptop only has USB 3.0 (blue ports), you may need to use a USB hub to avoid connection drops.
Turn off both your wireless and local area network connections before starting.
Check the box for and select Windows 7 or Windows XP (Service Pack 3) from the dropdown menu.
