The story revolves around a mysterious board game called Jumanji, which unleashes a jungle adventure in the real world. The game was created by a young boy named Alan Parrish (Adam Hann-Byrd), who leaves his family and disappears in 1969 while playing the game. Twenty-six years later, two siblings, Judy (Kirsten Dunst) and Peter Shepherd (Bradley Pierce), find the game in the attic of their new home.
