The popular Rookie Sideloader tool itself remained technically functional, as it is just an installer. However, its primary source of pirated game files—the VRP servers—was gone. As of now, the Rookie Sideloader tool, while still available, no longer provides access to a vast library of stolen games, effectively neutering its primary function.
