The findings of this study suggest that the Medal of Honor Warfighter Trainer Fling is an effective training program for enhancing the skills, knowledge, and attitudes of military personnel. The program's use of realistic scenario-based training and advanced simulation technology appears to be a key factor in its success. The results of this study support the integration of the Warfighter Trainer Fling into existing training programs.
