NoiseModelling is a free and open-source tool designed to produce environmental noise maps on very large urban areas. It can be used as a Java library or be controlled through a user friendly web interface.
NoiseModelling is closely paired with the spatial database H2GIS or PostGIS in order to handle a large amount of spatial features. In addition to the operational aspect, this tool is an excellent support for training, teaching and research.

The correct model-specific firmware file (usually named install.img or structured inside a zip folder) downloaded from a verified hardware community repository like KenotronTV . Step-by-Step Installation
If the TV's bootloader is still functional, you can often "fix" it via USB without a programmer.
Copy install.img directly to the of your formatted USB flash drive. Do not place it inside any folders or rename it. 3. Execute the Forced Flash Sequence Unplug the television's power cord from the wall outlet.
Because this board is used across dozens of different TV brands and screen sizes, you must match the firmware to your specific to avoid an upside-down or distorted image.
