As a passion project developed by a small team (or solo developer), Freddy’s Tales is not as graphically intensive as a AAA title, but it relies heavily on atmosphere. The Unity engine is used to render the low-poly, liminal aesthetic, and the core system requirements are relatively low. However, due to the procedural generation of the map and the complex AI pathfinding of the multiple animatronics, the game can be surprisingly CPU intensive.
