However, despite this sense of community, many Czech gay couples still face challenges. Discrimination, while not always overt, can be present in various aspects of life, such as employment, housing, and healthcare. According to a 2020 survey conducted by the Czech LGBTQ+ organization, ILGA Europe, 40% of LGBTQ+ individuals reported experiencing discrimination in the workplace.
