The saints range from the Prophet’s companions (Sahabah) like Salman Farsi and Abu Hurairah to later Sufi masters like Rabia Basri (the famous female mystic), Hasan al-Basri, Bayazid Bastami, Junayd of Baghdad, and Mansur al-Hallaj.
